Stopping in Scranton

Scranton, PA. The home of The Office. We had to drive right through there, and were very excited about it. We actually stopped on our way up, but must have taken a wrong exit, because we were definitely not in the right part of town. On the way back, however, we were a little more prepared. I'd done some research and found the right exit to see some of the "major" sites of Scranton.

Obviously it isn't the actual home of The Office, but it was still fun(ny) to go. The sign shown in the opening credits of the show has been moved from the road to inside the food court at the Steamboat Mall (apparently there were too many accidents from people stopping to take pictures), so that was our destination. And we found it, off in a corner - which was good so not everyone there saw that was our sole reason for being there!
And on the other wall ... a cartoon of Dwight Shrute. I wonder what the locals in Scranton think about its new-found popularity? It was pouring rain outside (again), so we didn't walk around or even drive around to find anything else Office-related. Here's the painted cement as we left though ...
Does anyone know what episode of "The Office" they refer to Scranton as "The Electric City?" I can't for the life of me remember ...
