Recipe: Carmelized Onion and Grapefruit Salad

This is the third (and final) installment of the entire Giada episode we recreated, "Light and Delicious." And light and delicious it was.
HERE is the recipe to this scrumptious salad.

My recipe notes: next time, I would probably chop the fennel rather than slice it. I love the flavor, but it needed to be more mixed into the salad. The carmelized onions are so good - I could have just had a plate full of those!
